I have had Service Master clean my carpets in may of my houses, as well as my rentals. They do an unbelievable job, We even had a rental with an unbelievable amount of pet urine and feces, and they got it like new again, without me having to change the carpet in the entire home. Thanks again to Chancy, Brennen, and Rick for their hard work and great customer service

This was my first time getting my couches professionally cleaned. I’ve cleaned them myself but after 6 years and two kids I thought it was time to hire someone professional, thinking they could really get them looking closer to new. My couches are microsuede and there were a only a few pretty decent size milk/water marks and only one set in stain from a pen splot. So all and all they really haven’t taken that much of a beating. The price quote seemed to be about average. She quoted be $7 per linear foot. That’s about where the good remarks end.

First, the cleaner showed up over an hour and 15 minutes late. Each time I called to find out what was going on, I was told he would be right there with no apology. Turns out after looking at my receipt that my address, phone #, AND email were are recorded wrong, even after having them read them back to me because they are unique names.

Second, the cleaner drenched my carpet floor from the cleaning process. Couldn’t they use a tarp or some kind of plastic floor cover since this was apparent this is the process they clean by?

Third, they charged me $10/lf, not the $7 quoted. I asked him and he said he didn’t know anything about. At this point I wasn’t in the mood to argue anymore with these people.

Now, the couches do look clean but nothing that special, but they looked clean when I scrubbed them myself. And the pen mark is still clear as day. The cleaner said if he scrubbed it, he might wear the color off the LIGHT BEIGE material...



On a good note, I will say the cleaner was very appropriate and kind once here. Also he did offer to scotch guard my couches for the inconvenience. However, I WONT be using or recommending this company to anyone!
