Provided by YP.comIf possible I would give a minus number of stars. Our sales associate Paula was amazing and gave us amazing service. Our problems started after we bought the microwave. Apparently Sears contracts out installation services with a company, Sheer Quality, who are so incompetent that Quality has nothing to do with their service. We bought the microwave on Dec. 3, 2016 and as of today January 7th 2017 I still do not have a microwave. We let Paula know, and she left notes for the delivery department that we would be out of state the week after Christmas, but this inept company failed to recognize or read the note and called us several times without leaving a message. We would have called them from out of state if they had left a message. When I finally had enough today, a no show, no call appointment, I called Sears who gave me the name of the company and a phone number. No answer of course. This afternoon we get a call from Eric Simms that the installer has been trying to call us for several hours, the phone never rang, and that it was our fault that it hasn't been delivered since we did not answer our phone. This company has extremely poor customer care and no customer service. Sears needs to get rid of this company if they want to keep a customer base.
if Sears is going to continue to use this company for installation they have certainly lost our business.
