I recently lived in one of their properties and it was the worst decision I ever made! The apartment manager was crass and unhelpful in every way possible. There was multiple problems with tenants, not just myself or my family, and it resulted in many sleepness nights and the WORSE CASE OF ALLERGIES I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! They shouldn't allow irresponsible pet owners or dirty tenants who make other tenants lives MISERABLE! I personally would recommend people who are considering renting one of their properties to do a thorough check of what it would be like. I plead with you NEVER NEVER NEVER stay in HAMILTON HOUSE Apartments in Chatham, NJ...Unless you want an ulcer.
