After 15 years of headaches trying to manage my Hallendale, FL condo from Pennsylvania, I decided to hire a property manager and I was lucky enough to find Johanna De Blanck.

After my last tenant moved out, my place needed a complete renovation and Johanna was there to deal with contractors, furniture deliveries, condo associations - able to find solutions when problems came up. Johanna has been managing my condo for over 3 years and she continues to take care of everything - she even made sure the hurricane shutters came down in time! We plan on staying with Johanna and Safe Keep for a long time!

Johanna & Kevin have been managing our property in Plantation, FL. For over 10 years. We live in Virginia & never had to worry or be concerned about the care of our property. Service is excellent. They anticipate needs and are proactive especially during hurricane season. I do not worry about being prepared.They are like family & treat my property like it’s their own. My husband passed last year & they have not missed a thing but kept it going. We sold our property last month. We had several offers & got more than we listed. Highly recommend them!

Very professionally run organization. I have had them manage my 2 properties for over 8 years. The person in charge, Johanna, runs a tight ship and keeps track of all the issues. She keeps me as the owner informed, but also manages tenants expections well. I can tell, because I’ve had the same tenants in each property for over 4 years.

Johanna has managed my duplex in Hollywood for four years. In that time there has been few services that we have not needed, including, but by no means limited to: completely refurbishing an apartment, various repairs large and small, screening repair companies for the best price and quality, vetting tenants, troubleshooting during hurricane season, photographing and listing the units, collecting rent, etc., etc. She has overseen and handled each with professionalism, grace, honesty and total competence, all at a fair price. She is a fantastic communicator, not only keeping me abreast of what's happening at the apartment, but anticipating needs well in advance. We have had zero tenant issues because Jo is so expert at vetting. Once in the apartment, she treats tenants with respect, helping to insure that they stay a long time. I sleep easy at night knowing that Jo is keeping my property safe and sound.

Johanna has been managing our property in Hollywood for almost 2 years, since we moved to Georgia. She is very professional, easy and pleasant to speak to. Always returning my calls and messages. We couldn't have done without her.
