DO NOT USE these people. Got an estimate from Malcolm, who was incredibly nice, so I was looking forward to their service. Downhill from there. Had to call twice more to get my appointment time, was promised a callback twice with the exact appointment time and never got a callback. But they did show up. But took forever to do the cleaning. Scratched the hell out of my glass kitchen tabletop and scratched the fiberglass showerpan. Did not dust at all in my daughter's bedroom, dusted only the front of the piano not the top or sides or bottom, same with the lamps and side tables. Then, because they took so much longer than my written estimate, they had the nerve to demand almost twice the amount of money I had agreed upon.
