We called Rooter Man yesterday when we realized our septic was overflowing into our basement. Of course, this didn't occur until 4pm. The gave us a price over the phone to empty our septic tank. The technician arrived around 7:30pm and was GREAT! He emptied our tank (which was difficult since it's an older system). He also answered my children's curious questions and playfully teased them since the potty jokes were aplenty. When that didn't fix the problem, he took a peak and noticed we had a clog. We asked him if his company could fix it. He gave us a price and left to get another truck to snake our lines. It was a long evening, but not once did he complain about being called out after hours and he educated us on our system. He didn't try to sell us additional services and was honest. We didn't feel ripped off. We can't thank them enough and would recommend these guys to anyone. They far exceeded our expectations!
