BEWARE!!!! These systems that are sold by Mark Robertson (AKA Robertson Water Treatment or Rain soft) are sub-standard and overpriced. My wife and I were ripped off for $6,500.00. There was a piece left off the system that caused the retention tank to implode............ Needless to say it was not their problem even though they installed it.

The "Lifetime Warranty" was about as good as one you would expect from Enrons branch in Tanzania. When I called for repairs, everything was quite different from what the traveling Apostate Mark Robertson stated when he sat in our living room and pleaded like a traveling evangelist does at a tent meeting alter call.
