Completely unprofessional!!! Had a phone interview and the recruiter told me to call them right after the interview to recap. I did and the recruiter did not answer, so I left a voicemail at 10am. Never heard back. 3 days later I call back! Still no answer, I leave another voicemail. Still nothing. So I call y he interviewer asking her if I was able to do the background check that they ask me to do without the recruiting agency since they are unprofessional. 3 minutes if that after I hung up with the lady the recruiter called me yelling at me saying that I had to contact her and not the interviewer. I told her I did that and she didn't call me back. She said that she listens to her voicemails. Okay great that doesn't help me if you can't call me back!!! So unprofessional for getting a cut of your pay. Will never go back to this company.
