I called 15 minutes after they were supposed to pick up my car to check the status. The dispatcher got angry that I would even ask and told me that he was calling the truck to turn around and not come to get my car so that I would have to call and wait for another truck. Customer service doesn't get much worse than that.

I ran out of gas in the middle of basically nowhere, on my way home. I called my insurance co. and after getting my info, they contacted Rite Hook. A little later the driver for Right Hook called me and stayed on the line with me until he found me. He seemed very genuine and was extremely helpful. He wasted no time putting gas in my car to get me to the nearest gas station. He made sure my car started with no problems and came to my window to wish me a safe ride home. I was told earlier by my insurance rep that the cost of the gas from tow company would have to be an out of pocket expense for me. But once the Rite Hook driver helped me to get back on the road, I had to literally force him to accept the payment. I thanked him for his services and told him he was a Godsend. I'm so thankful for Rite Hook Towing! They really came through for me!
