This place is the worst in charges and over all I do not know if you can deny them from towing your car especially from an accident but do your best to avoid them or your already bad situation worse. We have had to use many tow services in our family and this place is by far a customer service nightmare. They may think they are all high and mighty with the Turnpike and Expressway contracts but even local tow they treat you like you owe them something. Lets pray they lose the contract and get a reality check. So sorry for anyone that has got stuck using them because the wheel landed on them when the police made the call

This company is a total rip off. My daughter had a flat tire on the AC exressway at 1am. They charged her 166 to tow it a few miles back to their lot in Deptford. I paid for it that night and she didn't have good spare so I asked if I could pick it up in the morning. They said it would cost an additional $35. I got there the next morning and they wouldn't even let me change the tire on their premises. I had to drive the car out to the street, on the rim that is, and change it in a very narrow and dangerous due to the speed of the traffic. They also forgot to give me my license back! Don't even think about using this company. Like the last person stated "THEY:RE SCUM! " Probably a union shop.
