I'm dissatisfied with the lack of customer service. I had RenewIt USA refinish our tub in Oct. of 2011. A few months later, some of the finish chipped off and after several calls and emails, someone came out and fixed. In May of 2012, the finish began to peel in other areas, I called and emailed RenewIt USA several times, including sending pictures of the flaking finish. At one point in June, they agreed to come out and fix it but cancelled the appointment. I tried several times after that to set up a follow up appointment, but they never call or email back. There is a one-year warranty on their work, and they are not backing it up. I would recommend people considering their services save themselves the headaches and look elsewhere.

The service and end product is well below standard. I would strongly discourage everyone to use this company. I give a 1 star only because my tub is white rather than the original blue.

I contracted the company to reglaze my blue tub to make it white and like new. After five visits from Mr. Raeford, the tub is white but with "orange peel" on most of it, several runs, and over spray on my newly remodeled bathroom. There are discolored (brownish) spots where Mr. Raeford sanded the bathtub. On the last two visits, Mr. Raeford promised me a complete refund of $289.00 and I would have the refund at the end of July 2011. It is now 26 Aug 2011 and I have not received any type of refund or communication from the company. I have sent three emails and called the number Mr. Raeford provided me for his boss, Mr. Vincent Mason. I found out that number is not in service.

After much lost time, headache, and unfullfilled promises by Mr. Raeford, I am out $289.00, have a horrible looking bathtub, overspray all over my newly tiled bathroom, and no means to contact anyone other than Mr. Raefor at RENEW-IT USA SERVICES to seek satisfaction.
