They were very nice they worked with my schedule and very timely with their repair I would definitely recommend them

Would not recommend this vendor. They charge a $50 service fee which is fine, however once he got to my house, he found a tiny switch which was broken in my washing machine and told me it would be $150 to fix (he insisted the cost was for labor and driving to my house, but the labor took a total of 5 minutes and he had already told me earlier that he was in my area anyway that morning.). The part was likely not more than $10. Also the repair man was rude and demanding.

This company is great and I would use them again and recommend them to anyone. I called and left a message.

They called back quickly. The gentleman promised to be over to do the work for me before 3pm because he was

currently at another site. At around 2pm he called to confirm he was on his way. Very professional, knew my problem the minute he saw the freezer. Gave me an estimate, it was reasonal and took the broken part, (showed me the damage) and went to his truck to ge ta new one. Completed the work, cleaned up after himself and kindly gave me the bill and a 90 day guarantee. Its been 4 days and the refrig. is in perfect working order. Great service! Thank you!
