TRAINING
TABLE GAMES:   Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Various Pit Poker Games, Live Poker Games, and Baccarat.
All games taught to the highest procedural standards with an emphasis on conduct and customer service by instructors with twenty or more years experience.
SLOTS:   RBR experts will train your slot personnel in all aspects of slot operation.  We will teach: JPO's how to read and pay out jackpots.  Key Persons will learn how to do on-the-floor machine first aid and how to recognize the need for more technical service.  Shift supervisors will be instructed in the day-to-day shift operations and how to properly schedule personnel.
SECURITY:   Table Games, Cashiers, Keno. Slots and Public Safety Security.  Training inhow to spot cheaters, both customer and employee.  How to be aware of cheating devices.  How to detect card counters.  How to detect slot manipulation.  Being aware of public safety issues. Set up procedures for possible terrorist situations.  These and many more issues will be addressed by our Security team.
OPERATIONS:   RBR can aid you in developing procedures for individual games, operations and tasks.  We bring decades of proven operational and organizational procedures established by leaders and pioneers in the gaming industry; as well as the latest, innovative thinking.  Also, our experts can provide procedures for employee conduct on or off duty; dress and/or uniform standards and help establish rules and regulations in every pertinent casino area. 
ACQUISITION AUDITS
Our expert team would be hand selected to meet your specific needs; taking into account overall operations, books (accounting audits if requested), gaming appeal and timeliness of games offered (slots, table, live poker, etc.), food and beverage, facilities (buildings & engineering), as well as lodging (if offered). This is an extensive, four to seven day audit with extended on-site inspections for larger operations or multiple site acquisitions.  Service Includes all reports and recommendations.
OPERATIONAL TROUBLESHOOTING AUDITS
 This is a 30 to 60 day on-site, in depth review of operations with ongoing reports on findings and an exhaustive final report with our recommendations.
