It seems unbelievable, it seems far out left field. that's life I guess.

I came to a place in my life where I didn't know what to do or where to turn. I thought Bankruptcy was my only option. I struggled with the thought of filing Bankruptcy. I just didn't feel like it was the right thing to morally do. So I went on the interent and searched for Alternatives to Bankruptcy and found a bunch of companies needless to say. None of those companies really listen to what my needs or goals were and tried to force me to sign up after 5 minutes of talking to them. Just when I was about to give up hope, I decided to make one last call to Ram. The first thing I was suprised about was the consultant asked me what I was going through and what my goals were in getting out of my debt. Not only that I was in a place financially where I could only afford so much. The consultant understood and tailored a program around my financial situation. Everybody in that office treats me like they know me. The customer service I have experienced has been great. I am at a lost of words. I just want to say Thank you Ram for treating me like a human and trying to understand my situation and help me find a plan.

RAM Financial has great representatives from their company. From my representative to the rest of their company, they always have a friendly voice on the other end of the phone. After my husband passed away, I was left with a lot on my plate and had to find some help. I was very grateful that this company didn't make me uncomfortable and pressured to make a decision, because I had a lot to think about. My main concern was my home--I didn't want to lose it. Most of these companies just help with credit cards, but RAM helped me to keep my home in addition to creating a plan for my credit cards. Please check these folks out because they will do an excellent job with your financial affairs.

I have never found myself in this situation before, but I lost my job and could no longer afford my payments. I'm a single mother of 2 boys and have no other source of income (thanks to their dad, but that's a whole different story!) At first, I was very leary and afraid of getting scammed. You read that stuff in the news everyday and you have a MILLION of companies to choose from, so how do you choose? But, after several searches and speaking with various companies, I found RAM to be the clear cut company.



Here's why-I was never pressured into making a decision. They don't "sell" you something. You need help and they have the knowledge and ability to do so. When I enrolled, I had very personalized service...no getting transferred to 10 million people just to answer 1 simple question. I also have my own consultant to work with, so I know who to call to answer my questions.



Should you go with this company, my advocate's name was Gary. He is a Consumer Advocate with several years of experience in the financial industry. But, no matter who you choose to seek counsel from, everyone in RAM is a pleasure to speak with. It will not be a waste of your time!

I have been doing research on companies about different financial solutions that they offer and all of them had their own motive...money. That was until my mother introduced me to RAM Debt Solutions. I called and spoke with a rep by the name of Tiana and she was more than willing to answer the many questions that I had. She provided me with answers and options. Unlike other financial companies, she listened to what I had to say and that made me feel like I was a person and not a dollar sign. Tiana provided me with some valuable financial advice that I was not able to get anywhere else. I like the fact that she was able understand what my financial needs were and didn't try to offfer services that I didn't need which would've created more debt for me in the long run. The service that this company provides is like nothing I have ever seen before. Everything is as your own pace which allows a person to better their financial situation. I would just like to say that the staff at this company is excellent and so are the services that they offer. I would recommend them to the world if I could!!

Words really can't how I feel about the service I received from Ram Financial Services. I dealt with an advocate by the name of Tiana. When I talked to Tiana, she presented herself as a wealth of knowledge and a person with intention to help me find the best solution for my problems. She listened to my somber story and empathized with me. The most important thing she did for me is find a solution to my $35,789.62 worth of debt that I was struggling month by month to pay. Tiana is a straightforward person. She addressed all the pros but most importantly the cons too. I didn’t have any surprises pop up. I had all expectations set before me before I even started the program. I am so grateful. I am well on my way to be debt free from my credit cards and medical bills and so excited because as I was told by Tiana, “I can see a light at the end of the tunnel.” I would recommend this company to anyone who is reading this review. I have been treated with nothing but the utmost respect by Tiana or by anyone who answers the phone by that matter.

I recenly went through a nasty divorce and ended up with a little over 8k in credit card debt. Once i missed a couple of payments with my credit cards it seemed almost impossible to ever get back on track with making these payments again and my creditors offered me no help at all or resolution. I didnt wanna end up filing bankruptcy but i knew there was no way possible i could afford these payments.
