I highly recommend Robin The Clown!

I have booked Robin The Clown for several parties for my kids because of the talented performers she sends me and her professionalism from the 1st phone call to the end of the parties. The first year I had a Race Car Driver. He was amazing. The following year we got a Green dinosaur, who was very funny. And this year we had a Cowboy who had the kids running around the yard lassoing invisible horses! Each year, the performers kept the kids entertained so well I didn’t have to do anything! I also hired her for our company Christmas party! I have recommended her to friends as well. The company is excellent and Robin is full of great ideas from year to year as well as being a hoot!

Awful performer, awful service

I used an Elmo character from RT Clown for my son's 2nd birthday. The performer spoke and interacted with the kids very little, and after 15 minutes of arriving and being with the kids, he went to our drinks and took two water bottles out. I went over and asked him if everything was ok, and he told me "Elmo feels like he is going to pass out" because it was hot in his costume. The weather was actually pretty cool and breezy. He also told me "it was about 125 degrees inside the costume" which made me feel very bad. He then left the area to drink the water, and when he returned, the "momentum" from the kids was pretty much gone. He tried to play with the kids a little more, but it wasn't the same, and he didn't talk very much. Also, he proceeded to pull out games that I had instructed the company I did not want to play, so he didn't seem to know any information beforehand, and he fumbled around a lot with what to do with the kids. At the end when I walked him out, he even apologized to me for not having a great connection with the kids.

When I called and emailed the company to give them this feedback, I was told that they would look into it and get back to me because they had limited office hours over the Jewish holidays. I never heard back from them. I called again and specifically asked to speak with the owner and spoke with the office manager who didn't really listen and tried to turn my story around. She said she would pass my message on to Robin (the owner) and she would get back to me after being closed for another Jewish holiday. I never heard back from Robin.

So, in a nutshell, a very unprofessional performer was sent to our party and the company was extremely unprofessional in not getting back to me to address the issues. Shame that they're in business.
