Horrible!!! I have delt with this company through Home Depot Warranty Services twice now. Both times, this company was late to my home with out any calls or updates to let me know. I was told to wait at my home from 8am----12pm that a Tech would be there. After multiple calls, they finally got a hold of the technician and let me know he would be 1.5 hours later than planned. It is now 145pm....no Tech. I have called Home Depot multiple times concerning this. If you ever have this company recommended for warranty work, ask for someone else.
