Highly Professional, Prompt and Polite - Business travelers dream and even for my trips to the airport for vacations - and was there waiting for us despite delayed flight and lost luggage

I chose Steve based on all his great ratings as compared to all of the others and was a little worried that they were all fake but he truly deserves the 5 stars everyone gives him. I called for a last minute ride and he had a busy schedule and managed to fit me so I could get to the airport.



Very nice guy with great conversation, nice clean cab and reasonable rates as compared to the others!



I highly recommend him for your business needs.

So there I was coming thru the door at Baggage Claim into a very cold Sioux Falls night , tired & weary after three plane changes when a figure steps forward & says with a warm greeting "Robert " ! I replied " Steve " ! We shook hands & it felt as if I had found a long lost friend . We boarded his Van & it was clean, warm & comfortable . He drove me to my Hotel downtown & we had a nice pleasant conversation all the way .



During my two day stay in Sioux Falls Steve picked me up to do the business I had come to town for & even waited for me to complete it . He then took me back to the Hotel & returned when it was necessary for me to fly home . His rates are Very reasonable & the service First Class . Best I have ever had Anywhere !



When he dropped me off at the Airport for my flight home we shook hands & I was very pleased with the whole experience , it doesn't get any better .



So may I offer a piece of advice , if you need a cab when you go to Sioux Falls you just have to book Steve with his Quality Cab, for thats just what you get QUALITY. You can do it on line or by phone , you will be glad you did .

I can't say enough wonderful things about the service we received from Quality Cab!! We were driving from Brookings to Sioux Falls to catch an early flight to our first trip to a Mexican resort. As we got near the 60th St. N. turn off on I-29 to head to the airport our car lost power and would only go 5 mph. I called one cab company and was not impressed with the the lack of professionalism coming from the other end so I terminated that call. I then noticed that Quality Cab had a 5 star recommendation so called it. When he answered he said he was on the way to the airport and would be to our location ASAP, at that time the current fare he had told him to go ahead and pick us up before dropping her off at the airport. Our car chugged up the on ramp and across the overpass then died. My husband got out to push it toword Flying J's when along comes Quality Cab. He got out to help my husband push the car (outside temp 8 degrees not considering wind chill) His current fare drove his cab and we got our car safely parked. He then got us to the airport making our Mexican vacation possible!! What a great guy..I would highly recommend this company that goes above and beyond!!!!

Two years ago my father became ill. I live in California and my parents still live in South Dakota. I began traveling back home frequently to visit. I had the opportunity to use different cab services from the airport. I was less than impressed with the professionalism and cleanliness of many of the cabs. I met Steve and have used only his company for over one year. He is consistent in communicating with the airline schedules, arrives on time for pick up and helps with baggage. Thanks Steve!

This is the only cab to use in the Sioux Falls area. Steve is always on time, in fact early. His cab is clean both inside and out. Steve will open the door for you, load your luggage into his cab. In fact he carried by suitcase into the house. Steve is totally trustworthy, and goes out of his way to make sure your trip is enjoyable and safe. If you use any other cab company you only have yourself to blame!

Reliable, trust-worthy, polite, just honestly the best taxi service I have ever experienced and I have taken taxi-cabs in California, Philadelphia, D.C. . The head of this taxi service Steve is a great guy, he will check your flight status in case of delays or whatever and will be waiting for you at the airport.
