These people have a real attitude problem. They even believe that they can make the law even when an officer of the law is telling them the ACTUAL LAW. Eventually w/the help of a police officer you will get your car back but if you don't do it the company's way then it'll be a long wait with a lot of attitude. And the company's way is with paper cash only, don't even go there w/ loose change unless you have all day to just hang out and debate the law with them. THE LAW IS THAT ALL LEGAL TENDER MUST BE ACCEPTABLE WHETHER IT'S ROLLED OR NOT and you have the right to exercise that right regardless of what attitude or nonsense that they give you. The cops will have to be on your side for this one b/c it's the law and it has been proven to be the law. B/c of there holier than thou attitude employees who tell customers that they make the law I urge anyone who gets their vehicle towed by this company to bring in loose change for payment, pennies preferable. They'll give you attitude but what else is new, they're already planning on doing that anyway. So have fun with it!
