As a vendor of outdoor structures, we've had a horrible experience with Prime Construction & Remodeling. Frank made numerous promises about sending payments, but never did. Then it turned into a "product quality" complaint, then after we got through that he promised again to send payment within a week (2 months ago) and we still haven't received any payment, and he has been ignoring our letters and phone calls. Please beware of him and his business (especially as a vendor)- he is not to be trusted!!

The owner himself came and gave us an estimate to renovate our kitchen. We got the estimate 2 days after he was here. If you've been dealing with contractors for a while like us, you know how rare that is. We hired them for a full kitchen remodel and are very pleased with the work they did. They were honest and worked hard to get it finished by the date we needed it done. We give them a very high rating and would use them again.

We have done numerous projects in our home over the years and we wish we found this company sooner! We received our estimate 2 days after the owner coming to our home. We decided to have our kitchen completely remodeled and they did an outstanding job. The owner was honest, here everyday, and made us feel comfortable throughout the project. If only we found him sooner we could've avoided our prior issues with contractors. We strongly recommend them.

Frank and his crew built us a large blue stone patio and an outdoor kitchen. They did a great job and we are very happy with everything they did for us.

We recently hired Prime Construction to build us a raised paver patio with a built in grill and refrigerator. We showed them a picture of 1 we really liked in a magazine my husband had and they built ours exactly like it! We are thrilled with their work and highly recommend them to others!

We hired them to build us an outdoor patio with a kitchen and fireplace. It really turned out gorgeous. And they finished it in a timely manner so we could enjoy it throughout the summer! We highly recommend them if you have any outdoor stone patio needs!

Prime did a 1,800 square foot addition on our home in Summit. The addition turned out exactly how we envisioned it. Frank and his crews were meticulous, honest and they kept us informed throughout the whole process. If you need work done on your home, call these guys.
