Company has very poor service. Sprinkler system started having problems towards the end of the warranty period. Called company multiple occassions, to which company representative stated each occassion that a technician "would stop by." After repeated calls and several weeks, a tech finally stopped by (unannounced and without setting an appointment). Problems recurred a week later after visit. Continued to call company again. No one came out to actually fix the problem.
