If you're looking for a hot tub, you have to go talk to Wes at Poolman. I bought my hotsprings spa 11 years ago and from labor day to memorial day I am in it at least once a day. Wes and the folks at Poolman have been excellent over those 11 years in answering my questions. My spa has been super easy to maintain and use. I can't believe how well this tub has held up for over a decade. Thanks much Wes and Barb!!

We live in a remote area and bought a hot tub from them with the assurance that they come out to our area fairly routinely. Our heater recently went out and I called for service. I was told it would cost $75 per hour from the time they leave Eau Claire until the time they get back to Eau Claire. (I live just over 2 hours away!) Then there is another charge of $1.40 per mile! I told him that when I bought the tub from them they said it wouldn't be an issue and he told me they can't help "Where you choose to live." Seriously? I was living there when you sold me the tub and offered good service. So he told me he would see what they could do. Well, he offered me 25% off the service fee. And then proceeded to tell me they would be closer to my area on Monday (3 days from now) BUT they were completely booked so couldn't come over! So, why tell me that?!?! He did tell me he called another hot tub dealer closer to my area who might be able to help me. Gee thanks!

Also, twice a year they send out cards with discounts on merchandise, but the first card we got came 2 days AFTER the sale date and the others have all come just 2-3 days before the sale date. Not very helpful.

We hired these folks to do an install. They didn't communicate with the concrete people so it didn't tie in well at all. They also didn't set up the pool heater right so a couple years in and it failed. Of course that was out of warranty by then but it was obvious they didn't test it properly when they set it up as the repair guy noticed the problem within just a couple test cycles. I'm not sure the other guy in town is any better but I know these folks are pretty weak.
