I have dealt with this company for about twelve years now. The owner, Chris Ricci, installed a Hunter sprinkler system at my home in around 2004. He has serviced the system every year. It has been a nightmare. He does shoddy work...he misses appointments....he changes his prices based upon his mood. He missed an appointment yesterday and when I called him...his response was that he had too much to drink the night before. I will hopefully pay him $160.00 in the morning for getting my system ready for the spring. I paid him seventy-five dollars last year....He has issues.....major issues. I felt sorry for the guy and have given him chance after chance to get his act together...NO MORE...After tomorrow...I am done with him. In my opinion based upon a twelve year track record.....AVOID SOME MAJOR HEADACHES.....AND DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT CALLING "UNPLEASANT SURROUNDINGS."
