Derek is the only home inspector I use because he shows up early with a smile on his face every time, and he does an amazing job at home inspections! He guarantes his home inspection for 90 days with a money back guarantee! Any of the fixes he calls out on the report, he also gives a dollar amount behind it so the clients know what it will cost to fix it,! He is always there for me when I need him! He is sitting open house the entire weekend with me- Friday 5-7, Sat and Sun 12-4 in 106 degree heat to give away a free 8 day/ 7 night vacation!!!!! ! Derek went above and beyond to get my project done. Could not have asked for a more knowledgeable, fair, and friendly electrician. Although the project took longer than predicted, he did not charge me extra for the extra hours and items that he had to purchase to complete my project. Big thanks to Derek!
