I called this company to service my air conditioner in Glendale, AZ. The technician came out and did some work on the unit, and charged me $345.00 for the work. The invoice said that I could call back within the 30 day warranty and they would make their work good if it stopped working again. This was contingent on whether the problem was the same as the previous visit, of course. The unit stopped working within the month. I called back a couple of days before the warranty ended. I told them the unit had stopped working. The receptionist said she'd send someone out again. I told her I'd agree to pay the service call fee of $50.00. And I further said that the technician should call me and let me know what the problem was before I would consent to charge the amount to my Visa. The man never called me, so I called the office around 8:00 pm, when he said he'd be there between 2-6 pm. He said he was on his way. He never called me once he got to the residence. My tenant told me he sat around in the kitchen waiting to be paid the money for the service call, even though I had arranged payment through the office. Then the bill for my Visa arrives and the company charged me $89.95 for the call. My tenant complained about the unprofessional behavior of the technician and his insistance that he wanted his money the same night. I called about the overcharge of $39.95, but the receptionist said the owner would call me. I'm still waiting. I eventually purchased a new air conditioner from another company. The technician from this company should have told me I needed a new unit and that the chances of repairing it were not good. Don't call them. They will rip you off.

This company has terrible customer service and I strongly advise against using their services. Check out all the complaints against them on the Better Business Bureau.
