When your car is picked up Richard Green, he will be rude and arrogant. he will try to convince you that he knows a mechanic, then give an estimate way above what is normal. worse if your car ends up being towed to the auto shop he is recommending. you'll be lucky to get it out without paying a lot of money because your car will be held hostage. Richard's job is just to bring your car from point A to point B but he will try to divert it to his own recommended mechanic and be prepared to be ripped off. Avoid Performance Towing of Orlando at all cost. if you are a AAA member, and live in Orlando or Maitland, ask for Santiago Towing, this company is very professional and polite. Unlike Performance Towing of Orlando, they have a bad racket going on and Richard Green will lure you in this racket.
