My mom had lip carcinoma. Dr. Rosso made my Mom take her own bandages and gauze? Who does that… your practice can’t afford to provide this? When removing the stitches Dr. Rosso didn’t use any anesthesia. My Mom was in serious pain while he was removing the stitches and Dr. Rosso didn’t even care! Several months later it didn’t heal, she was referred to another Doctor who was sent from heaven… This new doctor had to re-do procedure and used anesthesia when removing stitches. The new doctor couldn’t believe Dr. Rosso used hard plastic stitches on such a delicate area (the lip) and found 3 large stitches left behind. The new doctor was upset and I quote he said “this doctor should be a veterinarian or go back to medical school!” Several months later my Mom healed and is doing fine. I wouldn’t trust my dog to this so called BEAST of a doctor!
