They want to do withdrawals from your bank account to pay for your dumpster except they don't and 3 months later they send you a giant bill...

They are great, not sure what or who changed, I have never had one issue with them. You can call and get a large item pick up any time and it's always very reasonable.

She was rather loud & not someone I would want to deal with so she said they don't serve us here in fulton county where I just moved even though I got your name off a trash can up the street oh well the other family owned business Weavers were so much nicer and I wasn't put on a 10 minute hold then another 15 minute hold then turned away for even a price and told to call back with the neighbors address

DON'T USE THIS SERVICE! THEY MISSED MULTIPLE PICKUP DAYS WHEN WE ONLY HAVE TRASH REMOVAL ONCXE A WEEK. THEY TRIED TO SAY THEY DON'T TAKE LAWN CLIPPINGS AND STUFF BUT I HAD EVERYTHIGN IN GARBAGE BAGS SO UNLESS YOU RIP THEM OPEN NO ONE WOULD KNOW WHATS IN THEM. I PAY THEM TO TAKE THE TRASH AND THEY HAVE FAILED. PLEASE TRY A DIFFERENT SERVICE!

This so called "business" is rip off! Make sure you read your contract with them. I signed a year contract on 01/29/13 and called today 06/23/14 they say after the first year contract is up it rolls into another year contract. They want me to pay another 6 MONTHS!! I would NOT do business with them. Would NOT let them pick up my horse crap I have in my field.

they hardly came and picked up the trash..they DO NOT separate the recycling and just dump it all in the same truck. customer service sucks, and hoppers should have never sold to them....

Hello. I am not happy. THis is the 2nd or 3rd time in 6 months pecks has missed garabe pickup at 9245 oyer dr. Waynesboro, pa. My mother told me she called and only got a rude response. If your business was on the bbb I would file a grievance! But somehow you are either owned by another company /under a different name are too small to be on their. I am very disappointed at the service. I wish are service to be terminated effective immediately only after a full refund for the remaining quarter is issued! I am prepared to file grievances through the proper channels! I hope you also will train your staff more effectively in handling customer service. Someone told my mother they aren't allowed to pickup yard brush/ material. That is a lie and everything was in bags so you would not even know whats in them. If its in a bag and on the curb we pay you to pick it up. This service was probably the worst garbage company I have had!That is the message I wrote to them. basically we had a lot of bags out there this week and they were too lazy to pick it up. They then tried to lie saying the landfill didn't want yard material like leaves and bush clippings. I had everything in bags and unless they tore the bags open would not know what was in them. I have been putting lawn clippings and stuff out all year and coincidentally when we have the most trash out there this year they refuse to pick it up. NOw I have 16 bags out there soaking wet! Most unprofessional garbage refuse company ever! DO NOT USE THEM!

I called Peck's after another company gave high pricing and couldn't tell me what day my box would be delivered.. Peck's was very friendly got my box when they said I would they even went so far as to call me before the box was coming and make sure I was ready for it. I highly recommend Peck's to anyone who wants a good trash hauling company.
