DO NOT USE THIS TOWING SERVICE IN THE WINTER TIME OR YOU WILL WAIT YOUR LIFE TIME WAITING!!! TOTAL TIME 3 HOURS.....THEY GOT MY MONEY IN 5 MINUTES...FIRST PLACE FOR THAT.

WARNING!!!!!! NEVER EVER use Parker towing.... they damage my car and then lied to get out of paying for the damage they are dishonest and will destroy your vehicle!!!!! Was unable to put NO STARS had to put something so I could WARN other people

I broke down on the highway, called a friend to drive me home. I called Parker and in less than an hour we both met up at my car. They hooked it and met me at home. I am pleased with their service and timely response to my situation. I will use them again and again. I will also refer my friends to them. Thank you Dustin (driver).

ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Called to get a vehicle towed and told the guy we could meet him in 10 minutes, he said alright we will be there, we arrive at 6pm. 6:30 rolls around still no show, so we call, and get told that we should have been told the wait was an HOUR. So fine things happen I totally understand, so we wait ANOTHER half hour after being told it should only be 20 more minutes. Called again. Get told sorry we're really busy and there's only 4 trucks and you're the 5th call we will be there in 10 minutes. That puts us at 7pm. So we wait. It is now 7:50 and we just called and got ANOTHER EXCUSE about why they are late. ITS BEEN 2 hours and we've heard 3 different "stories" about why they aren't here.

I've been using Parkers for years and they are always the least expensive and most professional. Once (out of many times using their service) they caused some slight damage to my vehicle and it was 100% no issue to have the problem corrected at their expense. Stand up company and the only place I go!

Great service, if it took too long your not the only jacka** on the side of the road!!! Keep up the great work Parker employees!!!!

I called Parker for a tow, they said it would be 2 hours before someone could get there...while we were looking up other tow companies, we saw a Parker truck drive right past us. It did not stop or even make an attempt to see if everyone was ok. When we called back to speak to a manager about this, we were hung up on. Called Blue Eagle Towing and they had a truck there for us in 20 mins. DO NOT USE PARKER!!!! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!
