WORST place ever! We had to bring our dog to the vet after Oleg shaved her to the point of no fur!



Our vet and the staff we shocked to see so many nicks and burns and said this place should be held on animal abuse!



Also, when shop is closed there are dogs left inside alone barking all hours. If you love your dog don't trust Oleg with them alone!



I have been a dog owner for over 40 years and am astonished this place can get away with treating innocent animals like this. Don't let him bully you into thinking he cares more for animals than people, he is a SCAMMER!



Have a doubt check their reviews on Insider Pages, someone posted that they saw Oleg HIT their dog!

Let me just say that if you love your pet, Pampered Paws should be avoided at absolutely all costs. The place is disgusting and the owner, Oleg actually threatened me after I called to complain about the thrid-rate hatchet job that they did on my dog. He has no clue whatsoever about dog-grooming...In fact, I would feel significantly more confident taking my dog to Petco or Petsaver to have their inexperienced teenagers groom my dog as opposed to going back to Pampered Paws. We even brought in a very detailed photograph of what we wanted our dog to look like (from a previous photo) and they simply did a cheap "buzz shave" job on our dog. A woman that my wife was talking with while waiting for our dog was also in disbelief when they brought our dog out after grooming.



You should be ashamed of yourself, Oleg...and stop pretending that you know anything about grooming dogs. You're simply ripping people off.

Seems to me Oleg is very knowledgeable and does his job with care. I will definitely will come back.

My beautiful poodle will not go anywhere but to Oleg at Pampered Paws. They have done great work, attentive and best to please their clients.

I take both of my dogs here to Pampered Paws. They are a good groomer. They are fast and reasonably priced. I do not have to worry about questionable staff touching my dogs. I will definitely bring my dog back for grooming services!

I couldn't find anybody to groom my dog right. Oleg was great. He is very gentle, thorough, and pays attention to details. We were welcomed back and I hope this place will stay in business long!

The owner Oleg personally grooms every pet. Oleg provides me with an appointment that will work with my day's schedule. When I pick up my 13 1/2 year old Golden Retriever, Oleg shares anything he noticed about Becky that I should watch, or take her to the vet for. Becky and I love her "Beauty" appointments, her hair is so silky smooth & full, and her paws & nails are gorgeous! Thank you for everything that you do for me as a client!

The place doesn't look like much but the people are very nice and the groomer did a terrific job on our dogs. We have a Maltipoo and a Yorkie and he did a highly competent job on both dogs at a fair price. I highly recommend this business.
