I live on the mainland and have been using Outer Banks Hauling (Bay Disposal) for almost 6 years now. We get weekly service. Our service day was on Tuesday and since the first of the year its on Friday.For the first few years everything was great. When they went from Bay Disposal to Outer Banks Hauling is when the problems started.Our trash has not been picked up at least once a month since the company changed. The past two weeks we have had to call to get our trash picked up. We will be canceling our trash service with this company. Its just not worth it for the price.

Never been skipped by driver, any blowing trash gets picked up, once toter even retrieved from under house when wind was high. No regrets about service or price.
