Ottawa Computers is very professional and gets the job done. All of my business computers have been serviced by Ottawa computers for over 7 years now. When you call for a service it costs and hourly rate each time. Nothing in life is free unless you are at the drive-up window for a 2 for 1 deal. If you want cheap service it is out there but you won't get the attention and service like you get from Ottawa Computers. Thanks Mike for all of your help over the years!

I would recommend Ottawa Computer. Michael Burke did a great job answering my questions. He was very knowledgeable. He is the real deal. Thanks Mike we will be back if we need computer help.

Yesterday, I read a review about Ottawa Computers that I felt was not at all justified. I have dealt with this place of business for the last 8 or 9 years. Purchased 3 or four computers,printers,routers,etc. from them without having any complaints. Yes, I have had to call them to come back to make more changes a couple of times, only because I forgot to give them the all the info needed the first time to make it right and it was my mistake.If, it was an error on there part, they toke care of it A.S.A.P. Ottawa Computers or any place of business that gives you this type of service charges for there travel and time, it is not free. As far as I am concerned Ottawa Computers has always been very courteous with good work ethics. I have in the past on a number of occasions directed them to friends and places of business and I will continue to do so.
