We were not happy with the outcome from this company. We feel that they took our money ($250) without doing the service that we agreed upon. We explained that we had a hole in our chimney on the roof that an animal had likely done to get into our attic and requested a trap on the roof or attic to catch any possible animals. The gentleman came out to our house with the trap and because the roof is slanted and the attic does not have an entryway, he left the trap in our backyard on the ground. We had no need to catch random animals on the ground in our back yard. When we explained the situation and said we were willing to pay for their time for coming out to our house but we did not feel we should have to pay $250 for something we did not want or need and in no way benefited the problem we had, they said it was too bad, that it was still $250. What a waste of money, and bad business, for them to take the full amount for doing pretty much nothing.

Nu Way Pest Control has provided excellent service. They took their time to evaluate our specific pest control needs and to answer all our concerns. They are very friendly and customer service oriented.
