Best towing company ever!!!, I had to call on 3 separate times for a tow within about 3 weeks for different reasons. Always professional, prompt and very friendly. Super nice driver and very informative. Great experience at a bad time, I highly recommend North County Towing!!!

If there was a zero button plus a negative button to go with I would press it. How this place is in business is beyond me!!!!! The women who answers phone is rude no customer service skills and says the prices are whatever she feels like quoting at that moment!! This place is horrible they should'nt have a business license!!!!!!!!

Received very friendly service during an unfortunate experience.

Had our truck towed and these people stole all of our gear and to top it off they wouldn't even speak to us. Do not use this tow company!

I have to admit that North county towing has the WORST customer service that I have EVER encountered! Our car was stolen and when found by the police was towed to the North county establishment. When calling for directions I was given an incorrect address number but the correct street name. I called again and asked for a landmark or something to identify the building, and I was finally given the correct house number. Still unable to find it my husband called and got the same woman with the same horrible attitude!! Finally after driving the entire smokey point blvd. and ending up at hwy 530 I decided to call again. Now the establishment is closed and wants to charge us 125.00 to View our car! Seriously! I then explain the the lady that we have been looking for their place of business for over an hour and she rudely yells, You should have called then! I then tell her that I did, in fact, call twice and my husband called once. Then she proceded to call me a liar and say that we did not call because she would have taken the call! Are you kidding me? What would be the purpose of lying?? After letting her know that I would not be arguing about this with her, and that I definitely remember talking to her because she was just as rude then as she was now; I asked her for specific directions so that my husband and I can find it so that we could be there on time tomorrow. I have never been treated so poorly and been spoken to in such a manner! I was the polite one and we are the victims here!! Our car was stolen! I would NOT recommend this place at all. I honestly do not know how they stay in business. I cannot express in words how poorly we were treated and how unprofessional this establishment is!

I telephoned inquiring about my son's car that was towed to your business 4/28/06 by the Marysville police. He is currently in their custody. The women who answered your business phone both today & yesterday was extremely rude, lacking any type of customer service skills and should not be dealing with the public at all. I was treated as if i was a criminal. I explained the car was a recent purchase, I was the legal owner, my son was the registered owner and since I am recovering from back surgery I would need to fax all info I had & POA . I then would pay by credit card over the phone and would send someone in to get the car with another POA. She refused to give me your location until I was on my way and said she would not accept a credit card by phone. I would like the business owner to contact me directly and consider making accommodations to remedy this horrible experience. My cell is 425-346-2031
