Five households place garbage cans at the front-end of a cul-de-sac each Wednesday morning. This company refused to pick up my garbage can since it was placed within 4 feet of recycling boxes. I actually was the first person to set down my garbage can. I did not set out recycle bins. It was probably a neighbor. However, it doesn’t matter. Apparently they don’t move cans. They must drive up and pick them up with the truck. THIS IS ARRAGANT AND SELF-SERVING. And, this is what happens when one firm begins to monopolize an area. They don’t service the customer. They serve only their needs and profits. So, their response to any issue is to blame the customer for their pettiness and incompetence.

Wish there was a other garbage place around. They Discontinued our service and I was not Notified about it tell I went in to pay the bill. They said they called once and no one Answered. When I got home from paying them they had already Took the recycling and garbage Bins and took some garbage out and Dumped out the Recycling bins on our lawn. I don't Recommend them I wish there was some other company to do business with.

Customer service is AWFUL. Wish there was some competition for this company. They know you have take their service or leave it, with nowhere else to go.

Great, Friendly, Local Company that provides traditional garbage and recycling pickup, plus and yardwaste, foodwaste recycling and bulky item pickup for chairs, couches and the like.

The staff is friendly enough but the services offered are not current with today's demand for green recycling. Also, their pick-up service for items other than the usual is a hit or miss situation. I ended up calling a private party to finally have my couch hauled away. Lastly, being open only 4 hours on Saturday and 0 hours on Sunday really is inconvenient for those of us that work during the week. Dealing with NVS is like going back in time when life was simpler. A little competition would probably get them in line with the rest of society. Unfortunately, I don't see any improvement until then.
