These movers rock! They have a really good staff on the day of my move those guys worked theirs butts off did everything just how I wanted fast enough to decrease the costs but being sure to take care of my things. They sure know what they do, thanks Neighbors moving and storage.

Affordable movers!! I always believed that if I did everything on my own like buying the boxes and the tape, packing and organizing would be a lot more cheaper for me, all thou I knew it was hard job; so I was really thrilled when I saw that Neighbors Moving and Storage had such affordable prices and that I would actually save up money and time using their services, plus they are really great people and I enjoyed having them help me out, thanks.

Best advise ever! My neighbor told me to use Neighbors moving and storage that they were really good and had really economic prices, that they would do everything for me even pack everything up, I took her advice and let them work with me on my move and I am very pleased with how they performed, I am now in debt with my neighbor for such brilliant recommendation.

I really hate the notion of moving and having to deal with the process and hard work that comes with it. But a lot of my stress and preoccupations were left aside by Neighbors moving and storage they made everything seamless, so easy, and impeccable. They did everything for me from packing up all my things to placing them in their corresponding spot in my new home; I wouldn’t have made it without this wonderful team, thanks.

Calm and easy. The experience I had with Neighbors was actually very good I didn’t think you could receive such top quality service from strangers. Once they started working they made me feel comfortable with the work they were doing because they were always letting me know what they were doing and why. From now on I will always use their service whenever I can, very satisfying.

I regret the day I called Neighbors Moving & Storage. What a nightmare! Moving is stressful enough, but they made the event so utterly horrible, I cringe at the thought of it all. I should have known by the loud, fast-talking ways of the sales rep, Jay Mays, that I was headed for trouble. I only called for a quote, but he shmoozed and cajoled so well, I believed the lies he was telling about how good the company is, how they care about my move, blah, blah, blah. What a crock! I'm no stranger to moving, and had done some research, but clearly I had failed to dig deep enough. They only rate a C+ with the BBB. The company was very attentive while the credit card transaction was going thru, but after that, I couldn't get ANYONE on the phone, and when I tried to call, I was immediately transferred to voicemail. Moving day arrived and NO ONE had called or followed up. The clerks who did take the time to answer the phone--Eli, Alfred and Shelby did little to assist. I kept getting transferred to voicemail. I sent multiple emails and left countless voice messages and nothing! When I did speak to two people, Vans Johnson and Prudette Bennett, they were rude and gave me lip service. No action behind the words! My pick-up didn't take place until 2 days after the scheduled date. I had to delay reporting for a new job because of Neighbors Moving. I've never felt so helpless and shafted in all my life. I had paid my deposit and my money was in their hands, but no services--not even a phone call was received. Twelve days after I sent Jay Mays an email about the lack of service I was receiving, he decided to call. 12 days! What kind of service is that? STAY AWAY FROM NEIGHBORS MOVING & STORAGE--their business practices are more shady than a forest full of redwoods. You will have less stress moving each piece of your furniture on your back one item at a time.

I tried very hard to convince myself that moving could be good and easy but when I arrived to my two floor house, I used to get disappointed! I could not imagine myself packing everything and moving things! Fortunately, I had neighbors with me! After people recommend it I did not think twice to get their services! Thanks to them, my moving did not become a nightmare!

Moving can be pretty easy if the movers know what they are doing, especially if they care about their customers, what I experienced from this bunch of movers. They allayed whatever fears I may have had regarding the move; they were very professional; most of all, they were courteous and kind. So the next time I move again, or have some friends ask me for a moving referral, I will not hesitate to recommend neighbors moving.

Neighbors moving really surpassed our expectations, Jackie our customer service person did a great job, she gave us an accurate estimate that didn’t exceed when the bill came; it was a fair price and a competent service. No damages on items or floors. We will definitely hire again.

We moved my boyfriend's parents from a 3 bedroom house in Saint Petersburg FL to a 2 bedroom condo in Fort Lauderdale, and I have never had such a smooth, stress free moving experience in my life. From the beginning, Neighbors offered superior customer service in every way. Even though we booked too late for a free consultation, Erin took the time to look at my list of items and provide me with an estimate for the move, which turned out to be very accurate. Maria answered my many questions, and both ladies consistently provided detailed information in a timely fashion. On move day, Manuel, Justin and Gary were friendly, polite and hard working. They took great care with our things, and made sure they wrapped everything thoroughly, and put down floor mats. They also made sure they placed all items in the appropriate spots in the new place. They were professional + friendly throughout the entire experience, way to go guys! I would highly recommend Neighbors Moving to anyone who values attention to detail, and friendly, professional customer service!

Nice crew, these guys did an outstanding job, they were really prompt and despite their youth they showed plenty of skill and experience. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Great job; they were super protective of our things and it showed; no object got a scratch and they did a expeditious job. We were really pleasantly surprised. I won’t doubt to hire this company again if I need to move once more.

This company really gets 5 stars in my book; seamless and efficient move; from the moment they arrived they focused and determined. It really showed how experienced and knowledgeable they are. I was happy to pay the entirety of the bill because I could see the necessity of every task these guys did. Thank you guys.

I am really surprised these moving guys didn´t bust the banister on the stairs because they lifted my heavy furniture so fast!. They were very efficient protecting and padding my furniture and never dropped the ball. Very focused and skilled movers. Thanks a lot you guys. I will definitely hire Neighbors moving again in the future.

My move went seamless and convinced me to never move myself again! Everything was done in half the time of my last move; and nothing got damaged whatsoever and I didn’t end up so exhausted and stressed. Thank you Neighbors moving, reasonable price and efficient service.

We just moved this weekend and this was our first time using a moving company. A friend of mine recommended them, and thank goodness she did. I called a few other places to get the low-down on costs and such, and one other place actually answered the phone, but they were such a hard sell (and didn’t pay attention to the details during our conversation) that I decided not to bother with them. They were very straight-forward, and they did not do the hard sell at all. In the end, they ended up being cheaper than the other places (that all said they were the cheapest), and the service was phenomenal.

The best moving company around. The prices are reasonable, and the movers he sent were prompt, quick, and friendly. We even had a nasty hill at our new house where we had to park at the bottom and haul everything up, and they had no problems or complaints. They are the best!

Our move was finished in less time than expected, really smooth and safe move. These guys really do professional and effective work. Also the sales rep was informative and thorough, made our move really easy going. Thanks a lot Neighbors moving!!!

Nothing better than to be able to relax while professionals take care of your business. That’s what I experienced with Neighbors Moving and Storage three days ago when they took care of my office move. Seamlessly, and smooth. I hardly had to give them any directions, and was able to count constantly with a manager on the phone to consult and to check prices and information with!!!
