The owner/ sales guy (Mr.Jones) is the worst I have ever done business with. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. It took him well over 6 months to complete the job I had already paid for and he'll tell you one thing on the phone but never follow through. The fact that it took so long to get the job ( sod laid down + front landscaping) defeated the purpose of buying the service in the winter so I could do less watering. Now I'm spending a small fortune on my water bill because we missed the rain season. This guy will never call when he says he will or follow through unless you bug him everyday about it. Very untrustworthy and he must not like referrals or repeat business because forget trying to get him back out to look at something once the job is done. I had some strange weeds growing in the sod he laid down and wanted for him to come look and apply a weed killer and he said he would come out in a few says.. its been a month and never heard back. I took it upon myself to take pictures and talk to someone at lowes instead. Do yourself a favor and look for a bigger business, well known landscaping company. Your better off paying extra for service you can countdown rather than getting a cheaper price for service to get done whenever someone feels like doing it.
