He was delightful. He was next door doing plumbing work for my neighbor. I had another plumbing company out and they weren't able to resolve anything. Lonn did not want to bad mouth another plumbing company but the work they had done was not done properly. He was more than cordial and came over and fixed my toilet problem and the outside faucet. He is so tidy in his work and he even had to cut a hole in the ceiling. Very professional. Very timely and no mess. He explained in detail what he needed to do. He was wonderful. I have other work that I want done and will definitely call back and ask for Lonn. We are very happy with your company. I also know people who are looking for a good plumbing company and I will definitely refer you.
