Moving is so Hard and super crazy .I did my research and I found Modern Movers. They are great they handled everything with care and they have been in business for 36 years. They are doing something right. I recommended them to everyone

Had these guys come and move me from my old apartment into my new house. They did a great job of packing everything up, moving it all and were very professional in the whole move.They didn't damage a thing during the move. I only had a few complaints:1) They tipped my filing cabinet dumping ALL my files out that were inside the cabinet. In fairness they did tell me to take them out.2) They don't accept AMEX. Other than that, they had great customer service during before and even after the move.

This was our first large move due to my husband transferring to a different hospital. My husband is a surgeon and changed hospitals and the most important part of the entire relocation was timing. We needed to be packed and loaded up on a certain date and delivered on a specific date as well. We got 2 other estimates other than Modern Movers but due to the referrals from other physicians my husband works with and Moderns attention to detail we choose them; not the cheapest but surly the best. The hospital has a vendor list for corporate relocation and they were a preferred relocation company. We were asked to review their company once the move was completed to make sure we were completely satisfied which I was. Our price was a binding not to exceed estimate paid by the hospital and we could not be more thrilled with the choice we made.

I am so glad that I hired Modern Movers! I was not looking forward to my first big move as an adult, where I couldn't just pay my friends with beer and pizza. I have a lot of heavy stuff and live on the third floor.... These guys were great! The estimate was honest and straightforward. They explained all the fees and guidelines upfront and made sure that I understood how the move would work. I was scheduled to move at 5:30 pm and they called before 4:30 pm to let me know they were running late and that they would be at my place by 5:45. I was fine with that, I was still packing some boxes. : ) They arrive at 5:40 and started loading the truck. They were very fast and it was hard to tell that I was the THIRD person they had moved that day. I was amazed. Once the truck was loaded, I rode with them to my new place and we began the unloading. It happened so fast and all I had to do was show them where to set the boxes. The entire move took only three hours (under the estimate) thanks guys!
