The people are professional, friendly and very prompt. They stay on top of communication as well. I also wanted to thank the two gentlemen who were so kind and considerate from this company. I sent a request for a tow through AAA and got Mitchell's for the first time. I couldn't have asked for a better tow company. I'd recommend them for any tow anytime.
