I will be filing a small claims on this company who First left my rugs so wet they mildewed and to compensate he agreed to come and clean my carpets 2 more times and sent someone who left them with Black marks and stains I did NOT have and I have plenty of pictures and for anyOne who would like the info on him is enclosed a copy of his Business license, Please do Not allow him to continue making hard earned money and leaving our homes looking worse than before

Have used this company dozens of times. Always prompt and they do a terrific job. Would recommend to others.

Never use their service very unprofessional.
We call them last year to clean our carpet and we ask if they clean couches they said yes. The result was a catastrophe, both the wood and the fabric were damaged. We complain a day after they said they will come and check it. two months after and many calls they came and they said the wood was like that and they cleaned it with water it's not suppose to damage any thing, they put our words into doubt I was very upset and I kicked them out it was too much. They said they will let know their boss about the problem to fix it but nothing happened until now. They are not professional at all and they don't guarantee any thing.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I'm usually not the type of person to write reviews, but this one was necessary. A worker named Edwin came to clean our house. We have heard good things from family and others which is why we called these people. But this guy was very rude and didn't want to do his job. He left our house worse than it was to begin with, leaving more stains than he cleaned up. When we called him back the second time, he created excuses so he wouldn't have to clean up the mess that he made. So beware everyone. Do NOT depend on them to actually CLEAN your house.

An hour late! Called me 20 minutes after appt to tell me he was running an hour late. Shows a lack of customer value. Too bad I couldn't find anyone else- I tried.
