talk about new lows. they put I note on my car and I called them to find out that my apt's don't even deal with them and when I did I got the owner of my apt's to e mail them telling them that they could not tow my car. today I found out my car was towed any ways. then I asked for his business # and towing # he would not give them to me. when I got to my car to find that it was messed up because they couldn't tow it the right way because the back wheels where off and the front one is messed up now. then I payed 266.56 to get it out to have to pay 75 to a different tow place to tow it back to my house. and I had to call 5 other tow places to find one to come get it because of who they are the other tow places will not even work with them. pus when I had called them the man hung up on me more times then I can count. this is just the beginning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These will tow and play by their own set of rules! They towed my car saying the tags were expired and they weren't. The tags were good and when we provided them with proof they still charged $184.29 they also towed it in the middle of the night which is SHADY! The man we dealt with hung up on us several times, and when we were signing the paperwork to get the car, Shane threatened to call the police. Very unproffessional, and willing to do ANYTHING to charge someone the $184.00+ for towing even if it was their fault!
