I have been a customer for several years now. I re-ordered 12 filters and only received 11. I called the owner, Jeff and explained to him the situation. I asked him to delivery the missing filter. Jeff declined to mail me the filter because he said it was not worth it to him. So I asked him to credit me back for the missing filter to my credit card. Jeff declined to do that as well. Jeff said he would mail me a check for the missing filter. It has been 2 months later and I have not received the check. I am not worried over a few dollars but it's principle behind it. Miami A/C Filters does not do good business. I do not recommend this company and I am no longer a customer.
