TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH

The lady at the front desk was rude and showed no compassion, her main concern was that my 8 yr old son put a mask on because he coughed. He was in terrible condition but she would only list 3 symptoms when he had about 7. She tried her best to get an attitude out of me insisting she couldn't find my sons insurance in the computer and tried to make me feel bad for not having the actual card. She eventually found it. Once we were called back the lpn was as rude and racist as they come! She looked at my husband my son and I with disgust. She asked basic questions, no compassion, then stuck swabs down my son and husband's throats and up their noses as hard as she could. My husbands nose was still sore after we left. There was only one nice person in the entire building her name was Ashley C. Don't visit this place, it's terrible.

STAY AWAY from this place.You will not be seen my a doctor.I was seen by a PA who misdiagnosed me.I had completely lost my hearing because my ear was filled with wax.He said it was fine and "I wouldn't want to be the one cleaning it if it needed cleaned anyway."I was then put on unnecessary anitbiotics as well as scheduled with a specialist which would have cost me hundred of more dollars.I was not any better a few days later so I contacted the manager and asked for a FREE follow up.After ONE WEEK she said she was unable to do so.I went to another clinic and the NURSE told me right away my ear was FILLED with wax and her and the doctor said they had never seen an ear filled with was so badly.I immediately called this clinic afterwards and asked the same manager to please ATLEAST refund me my copay.She said she would ask her supervisor and get back to me within 2 weeks.She never did.I wrote a letter demanding my money back.No answer. Took them to small claims and they had a lawyer come and win the case. All over $35.00 that they would not have refunded me. if you went to a mechanic because your car wouldn't start and they told you it was the starter and charged you hundreds of dollars to replace the starter and then when you went to pick it up and it didn't start wouldn't you want them to look at it for free since they told you it was a starter???Or atleast want your money back?? That just shows you how caring and unprofessional this place is. STAY AWAY from this place. You will not be seen by a doctor.
