Meier Stone Company started in 1982, as a small family owned mason supply yard serving Morris County and the surrounding area. It is the culmination of a long-time dream held by Fred Meier, a master mason who learned his skills in Germany before working as a mason contractor for years in the U.S. prior to opening Meier Stone Company. Since 1982, Meier Stone has been supplying the local area with natural building stones, as well as brick veneer and various types of pavers and manufactured wall systems. As the needs of the area have changed, so have the materials that we handle at Meier Stone. We now supply local mason contractors, medium sized builders, landscape contractors, and do-it-yourself (DYI) homeowners with many different types of natural building and landscape stones from various parts of the country. We are also a large supplier of concrete pavers and retaining wall systems and stock a large inventory of building stones, brick, pavers, and retaining walls for immediate shipment for your project. With our fleet of 7 trucks, we are able to deliver to job sites or private residences in a timely manner, offering prompt and courteous delivery to the surrounding local area. Our staff of 14 employees is small enough to give the customer personal attention and large enough to handle the many different demands that are put to us daily. Our staff is also very experienced; in fact, most of them have been helping our customers for over 10 to 20 years!
