Covalt Floor Leveling did an exceptional job resurfacing and smoothing the concrete slab in our new store in Irvine.



We assumed the new space in very poor condition- left over from the old tenant and the concrete floor needed extensive repair before we could install floor coverings.



Alex from Covalt Leveling came out and was very informative on how they would fix this problem and giving us an estimate.



She actually came and met us at the project in just one days time from our initial phone call to the company.

Very good workmanship and price on our floor repair project!





We had Covalt company come out and inspect an uneven portion of the floor in our home. The estimator measured the problem and explained the cause and how we could fix it.



We decided to hire the company and they got started shortly after that time. The project was completed in two days time, as they stated it would be. They resurfaced the uneven portion of the floor with a type of cement topping material that goes over the top of the concrete slab. It made the floor true and correct/flat.



After the product dried for one day we were then able to have our carpet put down and it all turned out quite nice.



I myself was referred to this company from a friend of mine who is in the property management industry, as I had no idea that this type of repair even was available.



I would recommend this company and am very happy with the service they provided to us in our home.

We used this company again on another project (our remodel home) and I am pleased to say we were very happy once again.



The estimator, Patrick was extremely professional and took a lot of time in going over the repair method they would use in cracks in the concrete surface.





This type of repair was an epoxy leveling material which was used to seal and repair extensive cracking in a concrete floor. We were very worried that these cracks could not be repaired and we may have to do something more severe.



They were in fact able to make this type of repair and had an epoxy system and the product was fast drying so we were able to proceed with others workers quite quickly which was very important to us.



This helped out a lot because we were concerned about staying on schedule and closing escrow on the new property. The pricing we were given was very fair I feel for the amount of work that needed to be done. The project turned out really well with the products used.



Well they did stay on schedule thanks to the really hard work and pace of the crew and timely service provided.
