We scheduled a repair appointment on a Friday for Monday. This company did not show up. The funny thing is that they charge more for cash customers. They claimed that it is more of a risk for them if the customer cancels. What about the risk for the customer because they do not show up. We now lost two additional days without our appliance. We will go with someone more reliable.

These people are crooks. They stole my Wifes credit card, then called me and got a credit card number on the phone. Identity theft at the least. On top of that they tried to charge over $300.00 to replace a 15.00 dollar belt after charging 109.00 just to come out to the house. Use these people at your risk. They are thieves to the extreme.

I greatly recommend them. Their fantastic service starts with the wonderful lady who answers the phone and make the appointment and ends with another wonderful lady's call asking if you were happy with the service. In between you get wonderful service and great price. So why not give them a try?!!

They came out and charged me one fee to repair the unit. The repair amount was reasonable and matched the repair estimate that was given to me when they were there the first time. I have and will continue to recommend this company.
