They came out and repaired a spring on my garage door on time. Found business on YP.com. They have promotion on their website that asked you to write a review and they will send you a gift card. Well, they haven't sent anything and they will not respond to my email. The promo was not the reason I went with this company but sadly it could be why I use someone else next time.

This is what is on the website under specials: "Please leave a review on our Google + page or YP.com. After leaving your review on either site, please fill out the following form below. Once we verify your review is completed, we will mail your $10 Gift Card to Target to your address of choice."

We were going to go with a private contractor until we said that we had Wayne Dalton doors. The private contractor strongly recommended Magic City Doors and we gave them a ring. They replaced the door mechanism on one door and a panel of the garage door and they were much more reasonably priced than I was expecting. We would highly recommend them!

Magic City replaced my garage doors with a pair of insulated doors that are top quality for a great price and look amazing!! Joe and everyone at MC Doors were awesome to work with and gave us great service! They are the best!

Our salesman was very friendly, gave me a prompt quote. Returned my phone call which is very important to me. Installation was prompt, we had a small problem after the technician left, but he returned prompty to correct the problem. I would definitely recommend Magic City Door.

We had 2 wood doors that Magic City replaced with insulated garage doors. The new doors have made a big difference! They are quieter and the garage was not as cold this winter. Magic City gave us a good price, showed up when they said, and the technician did a good job taking time to show us how the doors worked and how to maintain them. I would use them again.
