I have shopped at this green house for several years for both vegetable items for my garden and flowers and have had no complaints. This year however, the hanging basket I bought for my mother for Mothers Day died with in three weeks. As my mother lives across the street from me, I can tell you she takes excellent care of her vegetables and flowers. The hanging basket, despite excellent care died. When I took the basket back to Lynn's expecting a replacement or refund, I was told they do not guarantee their plants. I was not offered anything other than indifference. Having been a loyal customer for several years, I was disappointed. I write this review only as a warning to others. There are several other places in town that not only guarantee their plants, but actually care about their customers and their return business. I will not shop here again, and will tell all my friends of my experience here. Please spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere-or risk them all together! Scott Bembe
