On your first initial phone call we will ask you several questions on your project such as type, size etc. We will give you a FREE Ballpark estimate for your project. If this is something you are still interested in pursuing, the sales team will schedule an appointment for an on site visit with you. Normally, you will be in the schedule within a few weeks of you picking up the phone. Once we are onsite with you we will be able to discuss all the details of the project needed to create the perfect product for your vision. After your onsite visit we will normally have your total estimate to you within 7-10 days. Upon receiving your estimate you can sign where specified and return it with a 30% down payment and we will immediately put you into our schedule. Elmer, our production manager, will be in contact with you throughout your wait time to update you on our current schedule and where your project is currently scheduled. Once we are onsite to start the project, the LVC job supervisor will review the project with you and offer to schedule a time for you and him to have a walk around to satisfy all your questions or points of interest. As we work through the project we make sure you are included to ensure the perfect dream come true. During the project phase we are very meticulous with the construction debris to make sure you will not need to put in any additional effort or inconvenience for you. On the our final day we will have a walk around with you to make sure we handled every aspect you had envisioned.
