Guy came out quickly, opened a very hard lock on a 2000 Toyota Avalon. He also noticed a tire was low, and Im taking a long trip, advised to get air for it, to prevent blowout. Also fixed some other minor issues with my door frame. This guy is WONDERFUL!!!

After traveling from West Monroe, LA to Lexington, KY, my sister and I had the opportunity to use UnLockmaster. Being from out of town, unfamiliar with the Lexington area and unsure of exactly what the problem was; we decided to call Donnie. Shortly after arriving at our hotel, he determined what was wrong, what needed to be done and proceeded to take care of it - immediately putting both of us at ease. AMAZING! I went from being in tears to happily sitting behind the wheel of my car in less than 20 minutes. Donnie is a genuinely nice person who treats you like a friend instead of a customer. Such a great service if I ever need any type of roadside assistance in the future I'll be calling Unlockmaster Lockout and Road Service from here on out.

Donnie is Awesome. A key got broken off in my ignition. I telephoned Donnie and we set up an appointment for 9-10 am the next day. He called and arrived around 9:09 am. The key was out of my ignition by 9:10. I was sooo happy. Donnie was very helpful and professional and quick. He even gave me the broken off key and some good advice. Thanks again Donnie. You saved my day and saved me a lot of money.

Great Service! Donnie appeared in a flash, unlocked my car with ease, and left absolutely no markings or damage anywhere on my vehicle. He is a pleasant and genuine guy and has worked hard to earn these five-star reviews. As easy as it was to forget my keys in my locked car, it was even easier to get them out. No scams, no nonsense, just excellent skills and service. The only problem now is that I know how cheap and easy it is to get him to unlock my car, so I might be less careful from now on...

My battery went dead while I was at the Markey Cancer Center in Lexington yesterday. I waited on campus police to come for 1 1/2 hours and they never showed, so I called Unlock Master! Donnie was there in less than 30 min and had my Explorer running in no time! He was great!!!! I would highly recommend!!! A+++++

My daughter and I went to a concert at Rupp and when we got back in the car we had a flat. Donny was there in 20 minutes. He was very informative about my options and what would be the safest way for me to travel the 100+ miles home. I was really worried driving all the way home one a doughnut, so he put the doughnut on the back and a real tire up front. He not only was very helpful, but very friendly. I have 3 brothers who normally come to my rescue in situations like this, but when I was soo far away from home it was nice having a great, caring person like Donny to fill in for them. He really cared about mine and my daughters safety and called the next day to make sure we made it home okay! Great guy!!! I highly recommend his service!

WOW! FAST SERVICE! After I accidentally locked the keys of BOTH of my vehicles in the SAME CAR, I called around 10pm and got my car unlocked less than 20 minutes later! Customer service has unfortunately became low priority for big businesses, so it was AWESOME to be greeted by Donny who was genuinely friendly, very knowledgeable and provided superb customer service! Cheaper AND faster than the other guys! Thanks!

These are great folks. We were at UK Hospital, after staying a week we were discharged and found our car battery was dead. We called Donny at UNLOCKmaster. He was great, courteous, professional, had the car started immediately. Females hate to take care of car issues, but this man was great to work with, made me feel comfortable, not intimidated. Fair price, excellent service! I highly recommend this auto service.
